As an MPE member, you have a very unique opportunity to participate in an extraordinary dental office, built just for you!

Your first appointment is an opportunity for the ADC team to get to know you and as such is much more comprehensive than what you may have experienced at any other office. Please plan on approximately 2 hours for your first visit. The Wellness Team at the ADC wants to help you address any barriers you may have had in the past about receiving dental care.

MPE members and their families are eligible for a very unique schedule of benefits as patients of the Alliance Dental Center, LLC.

• Prevention-focused dentistry.
• Access to a patient care advocate who can assist you in dealing with any ‘barriers’ that may be preventing you from visiting the dentist and who will work with you to explain all treatment options and coordinate care with any specialists you need to visit.
• Same-day crown fabrication using Cerec technology when possible.
• Unlimited preventative services.
• No co-payments on any treatment delivered by the staff at the Alliance Dental Center, LLC with the exception of replacement of mouth guards or removable appliances (partials, etc.) and professional teeth whitening.
• Patients will be required to pay for teeth whitening products, replacement of lost or broken mouth guards or partials. Patients may also be charged for services that must be re-done due to patient failure to follow the recommended treatment plan, etc. The MPE Fund office will bill patients directly for these services.
• No annual plan maximum.

Services not received at the Alliance Dental Center will be subject to the guidelines of your dental plan enrollment with the MPE Fund.
